Data controller

Oportunidades Inmobiliarias (hereinafter, “Oportunidades Inmobiliarias” or “the Controller”), with address at Av. B 778, Col. Seattle, Zapopan, Jalisco, Mexico, is responsible for the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with applicable law.

For any matter related to your personal data you may contact us at contacto@oportunidadesinmobiliarias.mx or by phone at +52 33 1148 6712.

Personal data we collect

We collect your personal data directly when you provide it through our contact forms, the “Sell with us” section, or by phone, email or WhatsApp; and automatically when you browse the site. Depending on the case, we may process:

  • Identification and contact data: name, email address and phone number.
  • Information about your real estate interest: the message or inquiry you send us and the property or development you are interested in.
  • Data to sell your property (“Sell with us” section): the property's address, its type, the expected price range and how urgently you wish to sell.
  • Technical and browsing data collected automatically: IP address, device and browser type, pages visited and preferred language, through analytics and security tools.

We do not collect sensitive personal data or financial or asset-related data through this site. Please do not include sensitive information (such as health data, ethnic origin, religious beliefs or political opinions) in the messages you send us.

How we use your data (necessary purposes)

We use your personal data for the following necessary purposes, which are essential to handle your request and provide our services:

  • To respond to, manage and follow up on your requests for information, contact, purchase, rental or sale of real estate.
  • To contact you by phone, email or WhatsApp to answer your inquiry, show you options and schedule viewings.
  • To assign your request to the appropriate real estate advisor and run the advisory process.
  • To maintain, secure and improve the website, and to prevent fraud and abuse.
  • To comply with the legal obligations applicable to us.

Additional purposes and how to opt out

Additionally, and only if you consent, we may use your data for the following purposes that are not necessary for the requested service:

  • To send you news, new properties, promotions and newsletters.
  • To carry out satisfaction surveys and compile statistics to improve our services.

If you do not want your data to be used for these additional purposes, you may opt out by sending an email to contacto@oportunidadesinmobiliarias.mx. Your refusal will not be a reason to deny you the services you request.

Use of cookies and tracking technologies

Our site uses cookies and similar technologies to work properly and improve your experience:

  • Necessary and functional cookies: they remember your preferred language (Spanish or English) and keep the session in the admin area.
  • Performance analytics: we use Vercel Analytics and Vercel Speed Insights, which measure site usage in aggregate and without using personally identifying cookies.
  • Third-party services: when we display Google Maps on property pages, Google may set its own cookies in accordance with its privacy policies.

You can disable or delete cookies in your browser settings; please note that some site features may be affected.

Providers that process data on our behalf

To run the site and provide the service, we rely on technology providers that process personal data solely under our instructions and without using it for their own purposes (the role of “processor”): site hosting and analytics (Vercel), database and authentication (Supabase), error monitoring (Sentry), notification email delivery, and map display (Google Maps).

The use of these processors does not constitute a transfer of personal data under the Law.

Data transfers

We do not transfer your personal data to third parties without your consent, except in the cases set out in Article 36 of the Law (for example, when required by a competent authority or a legal provision, or when necessary to fulfill obligations arising from a legal relationship with you).

If in the future we need to transfer your data to a third party —for example, a financial institution or a real estate developer to complete a transaction you request— we will inform you and obtain your consent in the cases required by Law.

Your ARCO rights and how to exercise them

You have the right to know what personal data we hold about you and how we use it (Access), to request its correction when it is outdated or inaccurate (Rectification), to ask us to delete it when you consider it is no longer needed (Cancellation), and to object to its use for specific purposes (Opposition). These are the ARCO rights.

To exercise them, send your request to contacto@oportunidadesinmobiliarias.mx, including:

  • Your full name and a means to communicate our response to you.
  • Documents proving your identity (or, where applicable, the legal representation of whoever acts on your behalf).
  • A clear description of the personal data and of the right you wish to exercise.
  • Any element or document that helps locate your data.

We will respond to your request within a maximum of 20 days and, if it is well-founded, we will make it effective within the following 15 days; both periods may be extended once under the terms provided by Law. Exercising your ARCO rights is free of charge.

Withdrawing your consent

You may withdraw at any time the consent you have given us to process your personal data by sending your request to contacto@oportunidadesinmobiliarias.mx following the same procedure described for ARCO rights.

Please note that, in some cases, withdrawal may mean we can no longer provide the requested service, or it may not be possible when there is a legal obligation to keep your data.

Limiting the use or disclosure of your data

You may request that we limit the use or disclosure of your personal data —for example, to stop receiving promotional communications— by writing to contacto@oportunidadesinmobiliarias.mx.

Security measures

We implement reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal data against damage, loss, alteration, destruction, or unauthorized access, use or processing.
